Can you pass mononucleosis via fluids other than saliva? |
For example, if a woman has mononucleosis and "goes down on" a man, can he get it? No - only saliva and blood. Unless you do some very strange things, I don't think that's likely. Still, be careful - after all, kissing involves exchange in saliva, and that's a big no-no in mono. Then again, if you've got mono, you're in no state to be doing anything with anyone. no it's contagious via salivary fluid but not semen or vaginal fluids Why would you want to get it on with anyone if you have Mono??? Wait until you're healthy, why risk it? |
