Does Infectious Mononucleosis has any relation with AIDS?

I did a blood test, and the Doctor told me that i have Infectious Mononucleosis, but i am worry if this disease can cause AIDS also??!!!

no. they have absolutely nothing to do with each other....infectious meaning its an infection that you can potentially spread to other people....mono is known as the "kissing disease" because it is spread though saliva...like during kissing. also through sharing drinks and stuff with your friends...nothing to do with aids.

no
