How can i gain weigh fast. after being sick with mononucleosis? |
i had mononucleosis for about 2 months. with this i have been in bed most of the time.so i lost alot of weigh b/c all i did was sleep and really never wanted to eat. i have lost about 30lbs.(mybe?) is there anyway i can gain that back fast? what should i eat? other then eatting is there anything else i can do? do u think takeing weight gainer will help? its a powder that you mix with water and drink it. Just start eating, but do not eat alot of junk food, keep it healthy. May as well put on some good weight. I would definitely get some protein powder and weight gainer, good calories loaded with vitamins usually. If you lift weights or do any exercises, this is the perfect opportunity to put on some muscle. weight gainer shouldnt be needed. just try to increase your carb consumtion 30 to 40 percent more than your normal diet consists of. you cold gain it back in 4 to 6 weeks Well, you really shouldn't have had mono for 2 months, you may still be experiencing the fatigue though. Whenever you found out your doctor should have treated you and give you a steroid such as prednasone, with that, you should have had the appetite of a horse. You should try drinking Ensure or Pedialyte. Pedialyte also comes in popsicle form. Those will help replace your electrolytes that you have lost. |
