What are the signs of getting better from mononucleosis?

About a week ago I was told I have mononucleosis by a doctor. I have a very severe case of it with a soar trought(it has this weird white stuff on it), swollen glands in my neck, I'm never hungry, and I'm always tiared, but I can't sleep cause it hurts so bad. Does anyone happen to know the signs when you getting better...besides just feeling better?

I had mono when I was 19 or 20 and it lasted for two weeks. I was in bed the whole time and I barely had enough energy to get up and go to the bathroom once or twice a day. By the time I got back to my room I would just collapse onto my bed.

I don't remember being in pain too much, it was more a lack of energy for me.

If you are able to get up and type on the computer, then in some ways, you're doing better than I was

Hope you feel better soon!

I had a severe case in early september and i was home from school for a week until one day when i slept throught the night and woke up the next morning and felt great and i had alot of energy! so just when youu start wanting to do things because you feel like it is when i would say you are gettin better! good luck and i hope you feel better! <333

I spent two weeks in the hospital over mono. What I remimber was the sore throught and being tired .
When you feel better for several days in a row I guese you are doing better .
Mono is a form of a blood cancer and very few actualy get 100% cured (it goes dorment) and most it seems to not flair-up again. My dad's flairs-up every couple of years.
