Mono-test...Mononucleosis lab!?

Ok. I have Monucleosis. This is my 4th week. I had a Monotest done like 2 weeks ago. If I get the Monotest done again...((asuuming I'm not active))...will it be positive anyways? or should I get the more specific one of the EBV IgM?

I had Epstein Barr Virus and everytime they tested me for just Mono it came back negative the only test that ever came back positive for me was the EBV test. I actually just got over it about a week ago.
