Creams for moles?

I really think I misunderstood someone. A few days ago I asked a mole question and someone answered "Get a cream". Now, I'm wondering, are there creams for moles? I've never heard of it before, and just want to know if anyone else knows.

I have totally used it like 20 times and it totally works!
