Anything wrong with these moles?

The moles don't hurt, itch, apprently they are aren't getting any bigger. Though the 2nd biggest mole is less than a year old. Also would it be obvious to normal doctor that does physicals, or a doctor like that in traning if there was something majorly wrong with a mole? Is it possible that could just be a OCD thing?

Also my parents keep telling me that they are nothing serious.

I agree with your parents...they look okay.
My husband had cancer removed and it looked black, and was irregular in shape and was bigger than that. If they change color (seriously) or grow into an irregular shape then have your doctor check them. Normally a doctor sees them during a physical anyway and would notice any abnormality. Also, it is normal to be worried especially when so much is on TV about this stuff.
