Do girls find moles unttractive?

I have about 30 moles (non-raised moles) on my chest and stomach, plus more on my back.

Do girls find this repulsive, even on a guy with nice abs?

They are small to medium sized, flat, and no hair growing out of them.

I could get them removed, but then I'd just have a bunch of scars to deal with...

personally I find moles unattractive but abs would definately find a better focus of attention. But they aren't that horrible and not really anything you should feel self-concious about

There is a difference between moles and beauty marks, i think. I have beauty marks on my body too. One below my right eye. Women love it. But moles have hair, i thought. Report It

if they are stand out like on your face probably but if they are flat or small, some girls like that. its kinda like a beauty mark, or freckles

Some girls may find them unattractive, however not every member of the female sex finds the same things attractive and unattractive.

No, not at all...I actually think that small freckle-like moles are cute. And for girls that don't like them as much, the abs will surely reel them in

Are they just like larger, darker freckles? If so, absolutely not, I think they are cute. If on the other hand, they are very large, irregular or have hair growing out of them, they could pose a problem for some girls.
If you think they are an issue either aesthetically or for health reasons, visit your dermatologist. If they are just spots you should be fine both ways.
