WHY do some FAT people develope molds around there neck. These molds stick out??

Do you mean MOLES?

They are not moles, they are skin tags. Skin tags tend to form when skin rubs against itself...such is in the rolls of fat on the neck, stomach, knees and...er...other places. That is why they are so common in people who are overweight.

If you mean mold, like what grows on bread, well...that is a phenomenon I have never encountered.

For the same reason that some skinny people do. it is not related to being fat. It is more like hereditary

They are actually called skin tags. They can develop when a collar rubs against the excess skin. They do appear more on heavy people. Doctors just clip them off. (don't try it at home though)
