Mold in the car, help?

I have a ford explorer that I don't drive much and I let it sit for several months and water got into it during the rains and now I have a mold issue, I live in california so the weather has been like summer and the smell is no longer in there but when u lift floor carpet up you can see black mold all over.

I was going to go to the junk yard buy a entire new floor carpet piece or try to kill the mold by using Lysol and spraying it everywhere..

Problem #2

Heater/AC vents when I use to turn them on in the winter I could smell mold coming through, now I don't but I feel there is mold inside those vents, any advise on how to kill the mold in the vents.

I have a respirator here, so im protected when I do clean, but need help where to start.

bleach will kill the mold. Thee is not a great deal you can do about the air con. Only deodorise the car
