How do you detoxify your body if the food you ate has mold?

I know eating foods with mold can be very dangerous. But how can you detoxify or cure your body if the food you ate accidentally had molds in it?

if you aren't already sick, chances are that it was a beneficial mold, and is actually good for you. Not all mold is toxic, in fact, many antibiotics are produced from molds.

drink lots of water

If it doesn't make you sick, your stomach acid has killed the mold. If you do get sick see a doctor. You can't detoxify it.

drink a lot of water and green apples for one day and clear

If your not sick don't worry about it. Many of our common foods are classified as mold/fungus. Blu-cheese and mushrooms come to mind.
