Question about mold and allergies? |
I have allergies and take daily meds, we had a leak at my office, and now everyday after about an hour I get a headache. noone else can smell the musty smell of the mold but me, at home I do not have a headache so it has to be mold. the body reacts to allergens very quickly, it is a survival mechanism. If you are experiencing symptoms within an hour of getting to work, and they go away with in an hour of leaving work, then obviously there is a culprit on the job. Suggest you contact OSHA about regulations for your particular workplace. Hers a website that will answer any question you might have. thanks Report It research site. If you suspect mold as an allergen then I would get an allergy test to confirm this. Headaches are just the tip of the iceburg concerning mold allergies. |
