Miscarriage?? |
Every time I go to the dr. they cant figure out how long I am. Last week, they said about 6 weeks && they said the same this week. I have to go in next week too. But this week when I went in, the dr. couldnt find the baby. They found the sack but no baby. They saw a "tiny circle" they said was the baby last week. I have the symptoms && all. Could it just be hard to find or positioned wrong? believe me, you would know if you had miscarried. miscarriages are both physically and emotionally painful, you will bleed a lot and there would be very large blood clots which you would feel as your body passes them. just relax, avoid caffeine, smoking and alcohol and just take it easy, worrying raises the blood pressure. i hope everything goes okay for you and the baby, congratulations. if you do miscarry, make sure you get as much support as possible through the tough times. i wish i had, but i was alone and isolated at the time of my miscarriage. also, if you lose your baby, don't forget about them, always remember them. I'm not a doctor but, I play one on TV. I'm really not sure i would think that the Doctors would know if you had a miscarriage because there would only be one heartbeat. Look for another Hospital/Doctor. I would think they could tell how Far along you are. If we can send things to space then we must have the technology to see how far along you are right? You would know if you had a miscarriage because you would've bled a lot and you would've gotten strong cramps. As for the ultrasound, either your baby's positioned in a way he/she can't be seen or or you might have an empty water sack. It's happened to several women before. Where they think they're pregnant, but it's an empty water sack they're carrying. Good luck though.... Sounds like a blighted ovum. Which is a kind of first trimester miscarriage. Usually the body will naturally miscarry but sometimes a D&C is performed to extract the sac. |
