Do I have a milk allergy please help????

I have had an itchy nose for a s long as I can remember and that was the only apperant symtom so i let it go my doctor has told me to keep a food diary and I suspect its a milk allergy other symtoms are sores on my head and ithcy throat tell me what you think
thanks

You might want to try going without milk products for a week just to make sure. I have a milk allergy and also have similar symptoms if I had milk. If you really are allergic to milk, and this includes cheese and yogurt, wouldn't it be logical that you'd feel better if you didn't have any?

You definitely might be allergic to milk. The next step is do absolutely avoid all sources of milk/dairy in your diet for 21 days. If the symptoms disappear, then return to eating milk/diary to see if the symptoms return. If they do, you have an allergic reaction to milk.

Best wishes and good luck.

Stop drinking milk, see what happens. I'm surprised you didn't go to the doctor sooner.
Gluck.
