I have a 10 year old that have a milk allergy i dont know what to feed him for the this week?

I used milk for most of my recipes, but I wouldn't even know what to give him for the day? Could some one give me information on what I can do?

Maybe your kid has lactose intolerance. Try soya milk.

Just don't give him milk. Is that so hard? Give him something else, with no milk in it. It's simple. You know, you might even ask him!

I'm puzzled - if you've had this child for 10 years, why don't know you know what to feed him this week? What have you done in the past? If this is a child that is just visiting, or in daycare, etc., try asking his mom, or try soymilk. He can get his calcium from supplements, spinach, etc.

In any recipe, you can substitute soy or rice milk for cow milk. Soy milk seems to work fine. Look for Unsweetened Plain for baking/cooking. He might also use soy milk over his cold cereal.
There are also non-dairy cheese alternatives, like soy cheese. I don't know how they compare to dairy cheese for cooking purposes.

There are milk substitutes available in the supermarket if you want...

But, try using thinned (add a few drops of water) applesauce in recipes instead. You can also serve cereal in apple juice or applesauce (just make sure the cereal does NOT contain milk).

Good school lunch: Peanut butter & jelly on NON-dairy bread, an apple or banana, and a fruit punch (in a sipper box).

You DON't need to add milk to scrambled eggs (or for French toast either).

If your worried about his lack of calcium intake here is a list of calcium food.Calcium fortified breakfast cereal, including General Mills Whole Grain Total, Total Raisin Bran, Total Vanilla Yogurt, Total with Strawberries, and Total Honey Clusters, which have 100%DV of calcium per serving!
Calcium fortified orange juice
Calcium fortified soy milk
Instant oatmeal
Calcium fortified bread, English muffins, etc.
Calcium fortified drink mixes, such as Pediasure or Carnation Instant Breakfast
Other calcium fortified breakfast cereals, including General Mills Golden Grahams s that are'nt milk or dairy products

Give him Spirulina candy, recognized by the WHO and NASA as Super food. They are eaten by astronauts because it has plenty of nutrients. Also, consider Ganotherapy to correct his body imbalance or allergy.
