Is it possible to have migraine induced seizures?

I have had migraines for years, and they have come with seizures for years. The pain when in migraine is so intense its a screaming pain. There is no mistake its a migraine. Light sensitivity, nausea. I get aura before the migraine which includes my whole body feeling like its floating, and my head feels under pressure. the pain originates on the left side. The aura before a seizure send my right arm feeling numb twenty minutes before, then seconds before one hits, a bright flash of light in my eyes. My seizures make me hit the floor, last for a few moments. They hurt, and when they start they keep coming until I pass out or they just stop on their own.

Neurologists said, "Pseudoseizure" at first. I've moved, new neurologist said, "Its from your migraines." Migraine induced seizure. But if I go to the ER for seizure, they'll tell me I'm faking and send me home to keep having them without helping me. I'm not faking. I can't stop them at will. Is it true? A migraine induced seizure?

I have had migraines for 27 years. I have never had a seizure. I have check 22 web sites for you and none of them say a migraine induces seizure.

You need to find out what types of seizures your having.
Maybe it is a form of Epilepsy.

What Conditions Are Similar to Epilepsy?

A person who has had a seizure doesn't necessarily have epilepsy. Many conditions have symptoms similar to epilepsy, including first seizures, febrile seizures, nonepileptic events, eclampsia, meningitis, encephalitis and migraine headaches.

Have this checked again. Maybe by another doctor.

What is epilepsy?

Epilepsy is a brain disorder in which people experience repeated seizures. And it can be inherited. Epilepsy can also result from a birth defect, birth or head injury, brain tumor, or an infection in the brain. For half of people with epilepsy, a cause cannot be found. Epilepsy can begin right after birth or can occur for the first time in old age. And it is not contagious. At times, epilepsy is referred to as a "seizure disorder."

What is a seizure?

A seizure is the abnormal electrical release of cells, called neurons, in the brain. This can cause different symptoms based on the location of the seizure and where the abnormal electrical activity spreads. And not all seizures are the same. They can range from tingling in a finger to grand mal (generalized) seizures, during which people lose consciousness, become stiff, and jerk.
Not everything that looks like a seizure is a seizure. And not every seizure is an epileptic seizure. Fainting, collapsing, and confusion can also result from other disorders or even from emotional stress. Withdrawal from alcohol or addicting drugs can also cause seizures as well, but these will not continue if you keep yourself out of that situation.

Pseudoseizure sounds pretty legit. You need to tell your doctor that you really aren't faking and they need to begin to treat you. I'm not doctor, but you definitely need to contact your doctor. Get well soon!

I had a friend who had something similar. She'd have migraines so bad that she'd lose consciousness. The following products helped her out (she hasn't had a seizure since using them). Let me know if you'd like more info. This sounds absolutely horrible- and how frustrating that they are not taking you seriously!
