I couldn't sleep since last 3 1/2 year because of having drugs ( methamphetamine).?

I couldn't sleep since last 3 1/2 year because of having drugs ( methamphetamine).What should i do further?

stop doing drugs first of all. then medatate when you go to bed. When my wife complains about not being able sleep, I tell her to medatate till she either falls asleep or sees God.

just take some sleepting pills!!

Wow you havent slept in 3 1/2 years, that is wild!!! I really think you need to see a Doctor, Its a wonder your still alive...Good Luck with that! :)..lol

Go to health food store.
Buy herb called "Valerian". Very effective at producing sleep. Is strong in odor, so be warned!

Don't do drugs.

its called detox then rehab if your realy ready too quit

See a Dr. Just be honest. There are privacy laws. If you aren't hurting anyone, they won't tell on you. Besides, you've gone straight (right?). They can give you something to help you sleep and monitor your progress. If you don't have a doc or $ they have clinics that work on a sliding scale.

just stop smoking meth its bad 4 u & u could get meth mouth it incresses cancer thats bad you can die with lack of sleep witch lack of sleep can leave 2 brain faliure its not good to smoke that

Assuming that you are clean, Go to a dr. and see about getting on some prescription sleep meds. I have to take xanax at night before bed to fall asleep or my mind just spins out of control. If you are still using, tylenol pm used to help me get to sleep. I hope you have cleaned up though, that stuff is the devil.
