Substances causing "false" positive for methamphetamine?

Any new info about substances causing a false positive for Methamphetamine? I saw a suggestion that Vicks inhaler can cause a positive for one type of meth? I have one court client who insists she doesn't use, although I've always been told that, unlike amphetamines, NOTHING tests positive for Meth. Info?

She told you she's using Vick's, or you're looking for things? Yes, there are things that can cause a false positive for meth. Ephedra is a big one. It's found in a lot of over the counter diet pills. What I'm wondering is, why someone who insist the test is wrong, hasn't told you what they're doing, or taking, that could be causing it. Seems like the first, and most logical thing, an innocent person would do. YOU have to look for what it could be? If that's what you're doing, I want you to be my lawyer if I'm ever in trouble.
