I need to find the actual cause of my erectile disfunction?

I'm a 36 years old male and married since November 2006. Since 4 years to now I've been experienced erectile disfunctions more often. I have no hormones problems nor physical nor anatomical conditions and one day it just came up. I work well with sildenafil (viagra) but without it I can't perform in bed with my wife and when I masturbate (I don't take drugs, I'm not alcoholic, I love and desire my wife, I'm not gay, and this happens even when I'm not stressed nor depressed). My urologyst said I'm prone to retain urine because of emotional causes and my doctor said I have metabolic syndrome

No high blood pressure? Sometimes ED is a side effect. Other medications also.

If you are seeing a urologist, then you are doing a lot. Maybe cut down/eliminate the masturbation--we're not 18 anymore! Also, devote more time to foreplay and oral with your young lady.

Worry but don't obsess--keep the Viagara going. What leaves can come back.

Good luck.

The prevailing causes of erectile dysfunction are
Old Age
Decreased Bloodflow
Diabetes
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
Pelvic Surgery (Prostate, Bladder, Rectal)
Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis and Other Nervous System Disorders
Hormonal Problems
Depression and Psychological Problems
Cigarette Smoking, Excessive Use of Alcohol, Drug Abuse
Sickle Cell Anemia
Peyronie's Disease
Premature Ejaculation

E D has several causes - diabetis and high blood pressure just to name the two most common. See your doctor and get checked out for these as well as having your prostrate checked.
