Ways to SLOW the metabolism: do they exist? |
For my entire adult life (I'm 34 now), I've had a fast metabolism. P.S. Yes, I'm trying to increase the amount of calories, carbs and protein I consume, and I've added Boost/Ensure as well as protein bars, along with normal healthy meals. Would eating more pasta's without the creamy sauces help bulk you up, more carbohydrates. Maybe your Dr. can suggest foods you can eat. I have high metabolism too and yeah I might experience same thing as you. My parents make me go to these buffets or restaurants forces me to eat as much as I can lol. or fat pills but eww!!! Hi, |
