Mercury poisening?

i shattered a mercury thermometer then a mercury drop fall down on the ground and then spread everywhere in my room .I cleaned that with a vacuum cleaner. and now i know that it can be vaporized by vacuum.but i removed the packet after it. i want to know if mercury leaved my body till now (it happend last year)or should i take medicine ? some one sogested me to drink aloe vera juice because it helps the heavy metals easyer leave the body.

I would say (and I'm NOT a doctor :-) ) you are fine.

It sounds like the contact you had with the mercury was minimal. It is true that mercury poisoning is serious, but back in the 50s or so, they used to use mercury to shine up dimes. My parents did that quite a bit, and they are fine. It's the long term exposure that tends to be a worry.

Signs of mercury poisoning are:

-Impairment of the peripheral vision
-Disturbances in sensations ("pins and needles" feelings, numbness) usually in the hands feet and sometimes around the mouth
-Lack of coordination of movements, such as writing
-Impairment of speech, hearing, walking;
-Muscle weakness
-Skin rashes

I would not worry about it, unless you notice any of the above symptoms.

Also maybe you should air out your room to get some fresh air in!

You don't need alternative medicine for this. You can ask your doctor to do a simple blood test for heavy metals. If you have mercury toxicity, it is fairly easily treatable by chelation. But if you seriously think you might have it, it's not something to guess about. The effects can be quite damaging depending on how high the levels are.

My suggestion, ASK YOUR DOCTOR! he Will be able to give you a better answer than any one on yahoo, he went to school just to be able to answer these Q's, my guess (don't think its right or wrong) is that if it hasn't affected you by now it won't.

did you wash your hands well after the clean up? Did you have any cuts from the glass?
but ask your dr just to be sure-

Not any aloe will work. It has to be active Aloe with the "mannose" in tact. Its available as capsules from Carrington labs, go ahead and google it.

My friend had no traceable murcery in his system from a doctors blood test but he had these fatty deposits that formed around his rib cage and shoulder blades.

He did a chelation therapy and as his fatty deposits started to shrink, his mercury levels went off the charts... So, his body was getting rid of it because the fatty deposits were encasing the mercury to try and protect his body.

This was later determined as a probable cause of his lymphoma which he beat chemotherapy and radiation free.

Its been 6 years and he is still cancer free and no detectable levels of mercury now that he has had all of this done.

The mercury? He had vaccinations done for international travel. They use mercury as a preservatives in shots, and that is why I never had a flu shot in my entire life and don't plan to in the future.

Look up Calgary University and Mercury on GOOGLE.
