Can one cleanse mercury from the body?

I know that mercury is very toxic to the human body. It is very scary to know that it specifically attacks brain cells. I don't eat fish anymore because of the large amounts of mercury in it. But I do have amalgam fillings in my mouth, which I heard can leak. Pretty much everyone has been exposed to mercury some point in their life. Is there a way to get rid of it in the body?

Selenium reacts with mercury to form mercury selenide which our bodies eliminates.

One Brazil nut contains roughly 100 mcg of selenium so if you consume two Brazil nuts a day you are consuming 200 mcg of selenium a day. 300 mcg of selenium a day is regarded as the overdose level.

Most health authorities recommend that you should not take more than 100 mcg of selenium per day.

Well, you can get the fillings removed and replaced with new mercury-free ones.

yes there are liver cleanses you can do........now about the old fillings you can have them taken out and new mercury-free filling put in

There's two ways. Either chelation therapy, or use homeopathy remedy for mercury or heavy metal poisonings. Both are effective.
