Safe mercury levels in fish?

i kow all the values of mercury in fish i got the chart from the fda website but some of the fish it said zero now my question if it says zero could i eat it everyday cause it dosnet have any or a very very smal amout and what are the maximum mercury levels you can consume

Safe levels would be below 1 part per billion -- something like that -- Mercury is absolutely deadly, in the long term -- good job in taking this step to better yourself ---

Taking every single mineral, and eating lots of protein and fat will prevent the mercury from staying in your body -- (protein is a natural chelater -- vegetarians are at high risk of Mercury poisoning) Mercury takes the place of other minerals and that's how it enters the brain ----- but if you're taking all the minerals you can, then there is no chance for it to remain within you ---- except when the liver holds onto it for you ---- same with the kidneys --------

now, if you don't take your minerals, the Mercury will stay inside you forever -- that's a fact --

these are trace minerals -- it has very very little mercury in it -- it's ok to take everyday ----- take 2 teaspoons a day -- even though the bottle says 2 tablespoons --- that's too much for a male because that much iron becomes toxic -----

as for the fish -- eat as much as you want ----- the bigger the fish, the more mercury ------ minnows live off algae, whatever eats the minnows gets a little bit of mercury ---- and it increases all the way up the food chain ----- Sharks have the most because they eat the bigger fish and because they live so long ------ Never eat shark!!!!! Deap sea fish also have the most -----

Good Luck

eat pork

zero is best. Human body not meant to consume mercury.
