It is when your brain "misfires" when your brain waves have shortages they misfire and that causes seizures.. my son has epilepsy and he is normal and happy..and does well in school and play..type in Epilepsy in your search engine..there is lots of facts and testimonies on this subject..I know and hope it will ease your mind no it isnt spinning around in circles. No, not any relation to retardation at all. No and None. Two totally different problems. No its not a form.. but if im not mistaken.. if its severe and prolonged it can cause some damage to the brain.. |
