Mental retardation and counterfeit money? |
I have a mentally retarded nephew who I have been giving counterfeit bills to for his birthday. I don't want to actually spend money on him and he won't know the difference. If the police catch him I'm sure they'll let himk go due to his mental condition. Is what I'm doing wrong?
