What are the physical and behavior characteristics of mental retardation?

Wel there are alot of diff. characteristics for people that have this disorder, and don't treat them NE diff.,member they're ppl just like u and me.Some characteristics ADD, ADHD, slurred talking, talking real loud, repetative convos, very forgetful, and only about a 6th grade education level of knowledge.

sometimes people start to talk really loudly or they start crying a lot when something they want they dont get they mightalso start talking piece by peice slowly
