Coloradans Only?

Where would an indigent resident of Colorado go to get financially assisted Mental Health Care? Many states have State-Funded Mental Health Care Authorities...like I live in Texas & it's called "Mental Health/Mental Retardation Authority". My friend in Colorado says nothing like that exists in CO....so where do the indigent mentally ill go in CO, or do they just run amuck untreated?
