What goes through the minds of...?

kids that suffer from like extreme mental retardation. I've always wondered that... not to be mean or anything I was just wondering. because they do such random things like scream at random times so do they just think 'Scream Now!'

I think those kinds of behaviors are more due to the fact that the part of their brain that controls impulse is not developed so they just act on impulse. They really are not acting in any way out of malice!!!
