Menstruation?//////?

my stomach is enlarged.its already a month with no menstruation and i am having abdominal cramps.it used to occur before every menstruation but now its being more?what is your best suggestion?

I skipped one period I was worried for a day or two, but you might of just skipped one.
Have you had sex?
If not its just what I said above.
