Menstruation symptons?!!!?

lower back pain on the left side
hearburn
nauseas

are this menstruation symptons?

my period is very irregular..
i had SAFE and UNFINISHED sex..which means..he didnt ejaculate...that was itt.

P.S havent been eating well for the past few months and been always stressed

well stress is the answer. no matter how healthy your body is, no matter how many big macs you replace with salads.... stress WILL make your periods hurt more, bleed more, irregular lengths, bleed less, or completely disappear.

get a journal, excercise, smile alot.... just try to get through it.
my drug of choice? pamprin.

also all of those can be caused by gas.
bloating is one of the lovely surprises that come with our period... and if you're having all three at the same time, just try antacid, or gasex.

Did you use a condom when you had sex? If you did and he didn't ejaculate than you don't have much to worry about most likely it is acid reflux or gas.

The lower back pain may be a sign of your period either that or you aren't getting enough back support when you seat down.

I lost my period once for 4 months because I wasn't eating well. But thank God I got my period like a week after I decided to eat better. I think you should try to have a more balanced diets, unsaturated fats are very important if you want your period back and a good source of that is olive oil.

Hon,,,, It certanitly does sound like your period. The lower back pain and being nausea are symptoms. But the heartburn I can't say I have ever heard of or had myself. The heartburn could be from not eating right. And your period can be out of wack frome being stressed and not eating right. If it does not go away soon, I would go to your family doctor and get checked out.

The unfinished sex sex, meaning he didn't ejaculate is NOT safe sex. Sperm still come inside of you even before he actually comes. A women can even get pregnant with no penetration, simply having a male rub his penis on the outside of her vagina. So PLEASE learn what safe sex is. Use a condom and birth control pills. The condom will always protect you for sexually transmitted diseases (STD).

As far as menstruation symptoms . . . if the pelvic cramping, which could also be felt on the same area in the lower back is severe enough it will cause you to get nauseated. And severe period cramping is NOT normal and could indicate any number of problems including Endometriosis. The heartburn is not a normal symptom of your period, but if you are under a lot of stress that will cause heartburn. And many things will cause irregular periods such as Endometriosis, or dieting, or malnutrition. You should make in appointment to see a Gynecologist to make sure everything is OK. If your cramps are too severe and the normal over the counter Advil or Motrin takes care of the pain then you are probably fine.
