i am 3 months delayed. im not active in sex. i have a check up before and my ob gyne said i need to take on a diet. and after losing weight, my menstruation went normal, i always have menstruation every month. but now i gained weight again that's why i get delayed. what are the other things that affects my menstrual period? and do i have a serious problem with my period? im kinda scared and worried.. thanks.. idk i skipped 2 1/2 months once it was all fine your cycles just off dont worry about it |
