Donatind plasma after meningitis? |
I had meningitis last year. Doctors were never sure whether it was viral or bacterial. Im 17 now and I was wondering about donating plasma when im 18. Ive heard from some people that after having meningitis you arent allowed to donate and other people have told me the opposite. I was wondering whether anyone knew for sure whether or not I would be allowed to. u can donate plasma and blood I haven't heard anything about this. I had bacterial meningitis when I was 2.... but I'm pretty sure it's way out of my system by now. Maybe ask your doctor about this, or doing some research. |
