Meningitis shot reaction....? |
I just got a meningitis shot on my arm yesterday and there is a knot thats red and itchey the size of my fist on my arm. Its also hot to the touch. Have you ever had one? Is this normal? I have had severe reactions to vaccinations and did not know what to do about it. The reaction you had is not a severe reaction but there are things you can do to help reduce the swelling. If I had a knot on my arm from a vaccination, I would amp up on Vitamin C. Take Vitamin C for several days. I would also drink apple juice, orange juice, vegatable juice and any other kind of juice I could get my hands on. This will help rehydrate you and give your body what it needs to heal itself. I would eat an apple or eat apple sause every day. "An apple a day keeps the doctor begging for his bread." I would drink several glasses of clean water each day to cleanse my liver, kidneys, pancreas, gallbladder of toxins. Add a pinch of unrefined sea salt to two or three of thos glasses a day to help with balancing minerals. |
