Meningioma?

i have tumor that called meningioma could u pleas tell me what should i do

go see an oncologist

Well, you should be followed closely by your doctors, preferably a neurologist or neurosurgeon. Fortunuately, meningiomas are almost always benign so you really only get into trouble if they get big enough to start pushing on the brain causing neurological symptoms. You should get regular MRI scans to make sure it's not getting bigger (once every 6 months to start, then if stable, maybe once every 1-2 years). If it's getting bigger, you may need to have surgery to remove it. If you're otherwise fine, try not to worry too much about it and just see your doctors regularly.

In order to give good advise, more information is needed. What is the size of your tumor, where is it located, what symptoms are you having.
I had surgery to remove a golf ball sized meningioma nearly 4 years ago. Even though most meningiomas are "benign", anything growing inside your head is dangerous. In my case the tumor was splaying my optic nerves causing double vision at times. It was also wrapped around the internal carotid artery which affects blood supply to the brain. My tumor was causing problems with my balance, so I had some nasty falls and 3 broken bones in the year or so leading up to my diagnosis.
Don't let anyone tell you that you should not worry about it. Work with your family doctor to get a consultation with a top neurosurgeon, then get a second or third opinion. There are other options besides surgery, so check out the various forms of radiation therapy available. Because my tumor was against my optic nerves, radiation wasn't an option for me. Good luck.
Feel free to email me if you need more information.
