Who knows how to help meniere's disease?

Any meniere disease stories, thoughts, tips, etc. welcome. Thanks!

Help with in terms of know anything that can be done to stop it, reduce the effects, etc.

MENIERE'S DISEASE: USUALLY STARTS AT THE AGE OF 50 AND IS CHARACTERIZED BY EPISODES OF VERTIGO, AND VOMITING, LASTING FROM MINUTES TO HOURS. THE ATTACKS ARE PRECEDED OR ACCOMPANIED BY A REDUCTION IN HEARING, TINNITUS, AND A FEELING OF FULLNESS IN THE EAR. ALTHOUGH HEARING IMPROVES AFTER THE ATTACK, LONG TERM HEARING LOSS OCCURS. IT IS DUE TO ENDOLYMPH HYDROPS.
Treatment : In acute attacks anti emetics, and vestibular sedatives for long term controls. Salt restrictions and diuretics. If attacks continues in spite of conservative management , surgery.

Help it how? Why would you want to help it? Most people want to fight disease.

I read about someone drinking 2 full glasses of water a day and said it helped him.
