Meniere's disease tips please help.?


I have menieres and have had it for about 5 years. I got up from the couch one day and got dizzy then 3 hours latter it sounded like there was a fire enginge in my ear. So from that day on i have had ringing and fullness in the ear and always feel dizzy...Even vomiting and unable too walk sometimes, so on a scale 1-10 1 being pefectly feeling good i always feel like i am at 3 with a swimming, light headed dizzy feeling with it sometimes going too ten. Depends on day to day week too week. Do any of you have any tips? I have been on xanax which was great made me feel alot better but i have not had a script for 4 months. I have been too 5 specialist but no luck...Please help.

I recently began with symptoms which the ENT suspects is Meniere's. I feel dizzy and wish I could make it go away. Meclazine makes me so drowsy, I'm better off dizzy and functioning. I have been told to try ginger. ENT told me to lower my salt and caffeine intake. Report It
