I was recently diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. Any ideas to limit the symptoms?

Well, I have this. It isn't fun. Meclizine (Dramamine II) to help with the Nausea and Xanax or Valium to deaden the nerve to the inner ear.

Watch your salt intake. Fluid build up makes the vertigo worse. If you are getting a cold you may notice your vertigo getting worse also so your doctor may prescibe something like Flonase to keep those cannals clear.

Has the ENT suggested the Vertigo Exercises??

Turns out most of my problem was from a clotting disorder.

according to my research, there are some herbal remedies that can lower the symptoms and or make them batter:peppermint, ginger root, valerian root, cayenne, catnip.Most of those herbs are natural antiinflamatories and analgesics, like peppermint will relief headache and help with dizziness. ginger root is known for helping with nausea and digestive problems. So you might wnat to try those.
