Has anybody suffered from Meniere's Disease??

what is a natural cure for this--what helps the best??

My adult brother and I both have this. We remember (or try to) to get up carefully, not go down steps without holding a railing, no salt added to diet, and we put up with the vertigo as best we can. When the vertigo hits, there is nothing to do but to wait it out. The only thing to do with Meniere's is to realize you have it, and deal as carefully with your body as possible. It's another invisible disease, one that others will not easily understand, normally. Remember, it can hit at any time, the total dizziness, rooms whirling around, or your body just takes off on its own, when you are trying to walk a different direction! I fall down, but, I get up. That is basically the idea of Meniere's............you will fall down, be careful to relax as you fall, so to harm yourself less.

my mother does... she found cutting out salt helped a lot, drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep... also try not to get up too fast

A no salt diet or very low at best to quiet the tones. A water pill may also help with this. There isn't much to help with the vertigo but you can try sea band and wear them around your wrists to help with dizziness and nausea.
Do what you can to save your hearing for as long as you can and stay in touch with your doctor when the stuffiness and hollow sound in yur ear gets bad.
