M茅ni猫re's disease is there any medicine for this kind of desease?where I can find?

Meniere's disease is a condition affecting the balance centres in the ear. So the sufferer gets vertigo as the main symptom.

Sadly, medicines to treat the condition only serve to treat some of the symtoms. Things such a cyclazine are often prescribed.

The only definitive treatment for this condition is to remove the affected inner ear. This obviously leaves the patient deaf in one ear (at least in the affected ear) as there is nothing to hear with on one side. It really is up to the person as to the decision of what to do, and what thier doctor is willing to provide.

as far as I know this disease wax & wanes & in fact , you can not cure it , but there is some sources suggests the use of antihistamines medications like diphenhydamine etc

you can control it but it can be eliminated to an extent only by surgery.
Drugs used for control are vasodilators, antihistaminics, vestibular sedativesm and diuretics.
Other wise for chronic cases surgery is the best option.
