Pain, tingling, warmth, throbbing, itching, soreness, waxiness in both of my ears?

What sort of disease or condition could these symptoms represent? I'm a 30 year-old male with excellent physical health, N/S, N/D and no history of Meniere's Disease. I've suffered tinnitus for 10+ years and also experience painful fullness of the head though no insomnia or vertigo (not yet anyways, though probably eventually given the way things have been going downhill for me).

My condition was caused by years of headphone use (I-Pod users, let this be a warning to you).

During my previous consultations with ENTs they have said that my condition was caused by teeth-grinding and they told me, after giving me audiology and finding no hearing loss, to basically grin and bear it and get on with my life.

still..it sounds like an ear infection
