What causes unexplained dizziness + fatigue + foggy head + sensitivity to noises?

Had these symptoms every day for about 3 months -- they came on very suddenly one day at work. I've had every test you'd care to name (MRI, CT Scan, thyroid, blood pressure, stress echo test for the heart, etc.). I'm able to control the dizziness by eliminating caffeine and artificial sweeteners . . . but still have fatigue and daily headaches, largely localized around the forehead/eyes. My ENT says it's not Meniere's disease. I've also tried Migraine medication (does not work). I've tried drinking lots of water (does not help).

You don't mention what the TSH results were? They are supposed to be in a range of .5 to 5.5 but not the higher level more mid.
Also as another answer stated, get not only the TSH but also the FT3 and FT4 or Free T3 and Free T4, do not get T4Total or any other worthless T4 test.
All of your symptoms I had and more, except for the sensitivity to noise, but everyone doesn't have same. I have HypoThyroid disease, so did my mother. It could of course be something else but the thyroid has hands in much of your body functions.
So 1st get another blood lab test for TSH FT3 and FT4 and see if they are within the accepted range...
This will tell you much...If not in range find a Dr with thyroid expertise/experience or you could spend a lot of time under treated and feeling close to same...Many Drs do not understand the disease, probably most!

They may need to do a T3 and T4, instead of a TSH. This happened to my mom, and the only way they found her thyroid disease was the T4 blood test. Not every thyriod can be diagnosed by the TSH. Your symptoms sound EXACTLY like hers! Good luck!
