One a Day Men's Health formula and blood pressure? |
Does One a Day Men's Health Forumla reduce blood pressure when it is taken regularly? Also, is there a sort of dependency on this vitamen (drug)? For instance: It's taken once a day for 3 weeks, will I HAVE to continue taking it daily, or can I stop anytime I want? Some good methods to lower your blood pressure. Go see a doctor if you have high blood pressure. Once you start blood pressure medication you had better continue them. Diet will also help. Get to the doctor and get some blood work to check for cholesterol and triglycerides. May mean you will live a few years longer. Don't ask such serious questions to these bunch of nuts on yahoo answers. I take them and I haven't noticed any difference. As far as I can tell there isn't anything in them that would be a dependency issue. I work 3rd shift and I have found that if I take 1 about 230 in the morning it gives me a little boost in energy. But otherwise, I haven't had any problems. As far as lowering B.P. A healthy diet and regular exercise are the best ways to keep that under control. EAT Less and PLAY more... |

There are guys answering in the Women's Health section too. When you go to the Health Section, all of the Health questions are listed together. What does it matter if the person has a good... I think alot of these questions which are coming back over and over again is due to the fact that alot of guys here are probably younger males who don't bother searching the database first to ...
