Men's Health Magazine....March Issue.?


Anyone see the March issue of Mens health? On the cover it says, get rid of your Gut. Did anyone read that article? What did it say to do?

Anyone else read it?

Almost every issue of men's health has at least one article about getting rid of the gut.

The method is to eat less, and do more cardio work (bike, jog, swim, etc.)

Situps and crunches will tone the muscles, but will not get rid of the flab. Spot weight loss is not possible.
