Can anyone help me get this MELANOMA off of my dog? |
I RECENTLY FOUND A BLACK MALE PITBULL WANDERING THE STREETS. HE IS SO FRIENDLY AND WELL BEHAVED I DECIDED TO APPROACH HIM, ONLY TO FIND OUT HE HAS A MASSIVE TUMOR ON HIS SIDE. APPARANTLY SOMEONE ABANDONED HIM OR DROPPED HIM OFF DUE TO THIS, IS MY THEORY. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WITH THREE CHILDREN AND I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO GET THIS REMOVED. IF THERE IS ANYONE SHO HAS ANYCOMMENTS OR IDEAS,SUGGESTIONS TO THE ROUTE I CAN TAKE TO HELP THIS LOVING ANIMAL, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LET ME KNOW. i HAVE THOUGHT OF JUST TAKING HIM TO THE SHELTER BUT I FEAR INSTEAD OF HELPING HIM THEY WILL JUST PUT HIM DOWN. HE IS REALLY SWEET AND DOES NOT APPPEAR TO BE IN ANY PAIN. I HAVE TALKED TO THE VETS AND THEY SAY IT IS A MELANOMA THAT CAN BE REMOVED, BUT IT IS VERY COSTLY... IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!! memphis,TN Yes, YOUR VET will help you get the melanoma off of your dog. tell you the truth you wont be able to do it your self do to the fact you need tools that the vet has and thoes are to costly. the best thing to do is ither pay for the opperation or give the dog to animal rescue. |
