What kind of cream, ointment, drink, or pill used for intransit satellite lesions of melanoma.?

Father can't have surgery for lesions, because of heart and kidney disease. He's in stage IV of melanoma. We know nothing to cure him, just need something to soothe the lesions in groin area. Hard time for him to wear pants. Has tried the oatmeal baths, but not working. The lesions itch and hurt him.
