Does anyone know how to make nice smelling medicinal herb bags?

I like to do crafts and would like to make my own herb bag. The kind you warm in the microwave and put on the sore muscle or your head if you have sinus problems.

I'm not sure what herbs to put in it.

Herb Pillow Ingredients:
Heating Elements: Flax & Natural Grains (this is what holds the heat when you microwave it)
HERB----------BENEFITS
Saw Palmetto---Berry Rejuvenator
Yellow Dock root---Improves Circulation
Valerian Root ---Calming Antispasmodic
White Willow---Relieves Aches & Pains
Chamomile---Relaxant
Yarrow---Promotes Healing

Peppermint---Relaxant
Lemongrass---Relieves Pain
Rosemary---Relieves Headaches

mix your buckweat/flax in a bowl and add the herb you want to include. (you only need a small amount, a teaspoon or tablespoon max, depending on the size of your pillow). pour into your pillow and finish the last seam on it. then enjoy!

I like flack seed and buckwheat hulls mixed with lavender and other essential oils depending on what I'm using it for. Eucalyptus for sinus issues is great!
