What a good herb book w/plant descriptions + medicinal properties for each herb? |
Like your favorite book on herbal remedies? Try The Green Pharmacy by Jame A Duke, PhD. It's really good - goes by symptom & then gives you a good herb for each. Not a lot of photos but it does have drawings. the advice is very practical. My fave book is The One Earth Herbal Sourcebook by Alan Tillotson. If you want a really good education on herbal remedies, buy this book. I've looked for a book, and couldn't find one. I did find this website, which now is my favorite!, they have discriptions, how to use it, and pictures of each plant! It's awesome. |
