Medicare and Insurance Nighmares!!!!!? |
I filled out ins. papers wrong. I now have to pay back to drs. & Hosp. all that my insurance paid for over 2 yrs. They said I should have been on Medicare Part B. No one told be I had to take Medicare Part B. I thought that was an option. I was eligible for it but had other insur. and could not afford both. Has anyone out there ever had to go through this. It is a nightmare. I filled out the papers 2 weeks after my husband died, I filled it out wrong and dated it wrong. I was not in my right mind at the time, and now I am paying for it. With no health insurance.I paid my premiums for 2 1/2 years, but they will not be refunding me at all. HELP? This link might help, good luck |
