Standard medicare health insurance not issued for disabled people under the age of 65.?

i am 59 years old and permanently disabled.standard medicare supplemental insurance will not be issued to me only because i am under the age of 65.

Are you in the position that you can apply for Medical? It is mainly for people who can not pay for their medical needs

That sounds false I am 34 and have a permanent disability. I got put on Medicare in 2000. I would have been 27 then.

MOVE TO CANADA the land of freedom where they dont ask you for your visa car on your death bed

The answer to this will depend on the nature of your disability. It is a "pre-existing condition" that may or may not exclude you.
I recommend a two-step approach.
FIRST, see if you can get a good health insurance plan by making application and following through all the questions. Go to http://www.wavehelp.com/health-insurance... and click on through. Go ahead and buy. That is the only way you will know if they really will sell you a plan. You are not locked in. They will send you a copy of your policy of course. Read it and decide if you want to keep it. If you decide to do so, your problem is solved. If you decide to reject it, (you have 10 days to decide) you can get your initial premium payment back. They will keep your application fee ($10 if you have them send your policy via Internet or $20 if you have them mail it).
SECOND If you followed my advice to do step one first, you either have health insurance or you have found out you can't get it. Now, you want to find out if you qualify for Medicare Disability. This is a long process but is worthwhile because you have six years before you qualify for regular Medicare based on age only. Go to your local Social Security office (yep, I meant Social Security Office) and they will help you make application for early coverage under Medicare.
Best wishes.

you can get medicare if you are on SSD. It is available to even 20 year olds as long as they are on SSD.
Go to your SS office and apply for A and B.
