Tricare/medicare?

I have medicare part a&b along with tricare standard
Do I need any other subsmital coverage?

You should call either Tricare or Medicare for sure, but I think you do need a supplemental insurance. My mom had both Tricare and Medicare and still had to get additional insurance. Tricare covered only her prescriptions. This has been a few years ago so things might have changed, but to be on the safe side I'd call.

It really depends on you, the medical facilities you use when you're ill and the doctors. If you're happy, don't "fix it". As you may or may not know, there are doctors who accept medicare assignment. It gives the patient a cheaper rate for medical expenses.
